Shipping costs
Shipping costs are visible per item in the detail view of an item, and the total amount of shipping costs is visible in the summary screen of your order before you finalize your order.
Shipping costs are calculated by weight or volume.
Items for which shipping costs are charged per piece do not count toward the weight shipping cost. Some items with unit shipping, have no additional charge for shipping multiple vaan the same item. Multiple units can then go on a pallet, for example. This is always indicated with the corresponding items in the detail view.
An indication of shipping costs is given in the shopping cart based on the weight of the items. The final shipping amount available only after entering address information in the order summary.
The total amount of shipping costs is visible before you finalize your order. You can remove items from your basket at any time.

For cash on delivery we charge € 10.00 extra shipping costs, to countries outside NL € 20.00
Parcel services
Eliassen Home & Gardenpleasure cooperates with PostNL and Transmission. Goods are shipped as standard packages with these companies.
Not home for delivery?
If you are not at home when the package is delivered by PostNL, the deliverer will put a bill through your mailbox. By default, the package is offered again the next day, but if you already know that you will not be home again by then, you can specify what you want to happen with the package. More information about this can be found on the PostNL website (a new page will open directly to the “not at home on delivery?” page)
Should your package be transported by Transmission (palletized goods), and you are not home, you will receive a bill in the mail asking you to contact Transmission.

Delivery time
All items on the website that ship are guaranteed to be delivered within 14 days. If the items in question are immediately in stock, delivery will be made immediately. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver on time, we will contact you about a possible solution within the stipulated delivery period of 14 days.
Returning
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, only the cost of return from your order address to the web store will be at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@eliassen.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good condition and unused.
